This department specialises in electronic embedded systems, in mechanical and multi-physical modelling, in instrumentation and image processing.

Four rooms are equipped with microprocesseurs, microcontrollers, signal processors, programmable components, real-time operating systems, wired and wireless communications, classic and virtual instrumentation technologies.

Facilities : 70 work stations, tools for ARM Cortex, Coldfire, HCS12, MSP430 and Texas 6713, FPGA CycloneII and Spartan, Executive real time MicroC/OSII, LabVIEW and Matlab. Electronic and mechanical CAO, CATIA and Solidworks, Code Composer Studio, IAR Workbench, Quartus Altera and ISE Xilinx. Modélisation Amesim and much more.

Testing equipment for CAN, USB, Logic analysers, digital oscilloscopes, automated structures (Wifibots, drones Parrot, etc).
